And trust us, this is anything but your run-of-the-mill beauty event; it’s two days of immersive, interactive physical and digital experiences and activities, plus plenty of amazing products, of course. Sephora’s calling it, “a beauty playland meets your social feed IRL,” and gave us some exclusive scoop on what you can expect during this two-day beauty bonanza.
To tie in with this year’s theme, House of Beauty, the event will be held at the Majestic in downtown Los Angeles and feature three floors, each with different rooms, and each room offering an entirely unique experience, be that customizing your own product (over 50 prestige beauty brands will be featured at SEPHORiA) or a masterclass with the best of the best in the beauty industry. Visit The Custom-Palette Room to make your own eye shadow palette by purchasing shadows from brands like Urban Decay, Make Up For Ever, and Nars. Create a personalized lipstick color with Bite Beauty in The Lip Lounge, or hit up The Foundation Closet where you can try on hundreds of foundations for the ultimate shade-matching experience that goes beyond the digital finder you’d experience in-store.
Oh, and let’s name drop for a minute, shall we: The line-up of speakers and special guests is mind-blowing. It’s basically a round-up of many of our favorite beauty industry A-listers. Jen Atkin, Chrissy Teigen, Dr. Murad, and Charlotte Tilbury will be among the VIP lineup on Saturday, October 20th, 2018, while Angel Merino (aka Mac Daddy) and Dr. Dennis Gross will be in attendance on Sunday. Natasha Denona, Priscilla Ono, and Vicky Tsai of the best-selling skin-care line Tatcha will be in attendance on both days of the beauty bonanza.
